Ready for School?

Hi future students for the 2013-2014 school year!

I bet you almost turned off the TV when the school adds started appearing weeks ago, I know I did!  Too early!  I'm not ready to go back!  I like sleeping in...I like playing outside...I like...But sooner or later, the school days will begin...

And although this year will be different, since I will not be returning until mid-October since I'm having a baby...the school year is starting and you will have to get up EARLY starting Sept. 3rd!

We are expecting our little girl to arrive around Aug. 23rd (next FRIDAY!).  I will try and post a blog entry ASAP when she comes so you can see her!

Just because I will be gone for the beginning of school doesn't mean I'm not SUPER excited for school to start!  I can't wait to get to know each and every one of you...and aren't you lucky to have TWO teachers, not just one this year.

Although I will most likely not be able to meet with you on Open House night, I will be there in spirit!  I hope you enjoy getting to know the classroom and seeing your classmates!  We are going to have a wonderful year!

Enjoy the rest of your summer...it will go by quickly!

~Mrs. Lancaster
