Writing: 10% novel writing goal.  So...for the remainder of January, we are writing NOVELS! So exciting to do some creative writing! Will post a video in FB for more info!

Writing: plot packet done for tomorrow; check planners for specifics

So great to see everyone again today after our snow/ice mini break! Tomorrow is not looking so good...sooooo.....

STEAM: please bring your STEAM projects tomorrow (if we have school) or Wednesday

IR: 20 min
I was surprised more books weren't finished over the last 6 days...I read 3.75 (not counting the books I read with my girls)! We were set to finish a 7th book by Friday but I will be extending this into next week. However, we have started reading books for Battle of the Books. We will be setting up groups and individual book lists tomorrow/Wednesday.

Friday is an early release day and PTO treat.

Look for lots of take home papers coming home when we return to school.  Have a safe evening!

Science: study planet order (we made up fun sayings to help today!)
